Readiness AI was built in Calgary by Francis Amojelar — an ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) professional who spent years inside the documentation and compliance workflows that Canadian SMBs struggle with most.
Before building Readiness AI, Francis worked in billing and compliance documentation for Canadian transportation operations, coordinated logistics across Canadian and US routes, and previously founded and scaled a BPO company in the Philippines to over $3M in annual revenue before a successful acquisition. That background — operations, compliance paperwork, and systems that have to work under real business pressure — is exactly why Readiness AI exists.
The problem we solve
Canadian SMBs are being asked increasingly specific questions at cyber insurance renewal, by clients doing vendor reviews, and by regulators. Most can answer the questions. Very few can prove the answers.
Readiness AI helps small businesses in healthcare, professional services, finance, and logistics organize the cyber control evidence that insurers, brokers, and clients actually ask for — aligned with PHIPA, PIPEDA, HIA, and the CIS and NIST frameworks that underwriters rely on.

Final decisions on coverage, compliance, and certification remain with the relevant professionals and authorities.
